Initially joining the team as my first project of the year, I quickly found myself working confidently in the role of Head of Costume. This production featured the largest cast I have worked with to date, comprising approximately 30–40 performers, all of which required multiple costumes. As Head of Costume, I was responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and execution of all wardrobe elements, which demanded a high level of organisation, clear scheduling, and effective systems for fittings and costume tracking. I was fortunate to work with a skilled and supportive costume team, allowing me to delegate tasks efficiently and develop my leadership and workload management skills.
