Faith Powlett is a freelance Costume designer and Supervisor, working across both stage and screen. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Costume for Performance from the University of the Arts London: London College of Fashion in 2025, and has continued developing her skills in the industry since.  Most recently, her work with Tabard Theatre's 'H.M.S. Pinafore' being nominated for a Fringe Theatre Award in Opera - Costume.

Her passion for costume grew from an early appreciation of performance, immersing herself within the arts and culture scene in East Anglia. Her interest in the costume industry was driven by a love of practical effects in both theatre and film and the portrayal of detailed character history through the manipulation of textiles. Her creative style merges contemporary aesthetics with detailed historical research, where she am constantly experimenting and developing my skills.

As she specialises her practice as a costumier, she has gained incredible experience on projects nation-wide, collaborating with creative practitioners who share her enthusiasm towards each production.
