My name is Faith Powlett and I am a graduate in Costume for Performance from the University of the Arts London: London College of Fashion, who has since worked as a freelancer in both theatre and film.

My passion for costume grew from an early appreciation of performance, immersing myself within the arts and culture scene in East Anglia. My interest in the costume industry was driven by a love of practical effects in both theatre and film and the portrayal of detailed character history through the manipulation of textiles. My creative style merges contemporary aesthetics with detailed historical research, where I am constantly experimenting and developing my skills.

As I specialise my practice within contemporary, I have gained incredible experience on projects nation-wide, collaborating with creative practitioners who share my enthusiasm towards each production.
